Sophia Joseph

Sophia Joseph is the Senior Project Coordinator at HNSA, based in Delhi. She is overall in charge of management of projects, finance & compliance management, team management and office management. She is assigned to work closely with member organizations and foster networking along with fundraising initiatives.

Sophia Joseph is a post graduate in Social Work from Delhi School of Social Work, Delhi University with about 25 years’ experience in community mobilization, social development, disability rehabilitation, poverty housing, WASH, behaviour change & communication and safeguarding. She is skilled in proposal development, monitoring & evaluation, capacity building, fund management, donor management, partnership management and documentation. She is passionate to work as a catalyst to sensitize, mobilize and empower women and communities through theory of change.
